Step-by-Step Instructions to Copy Your Signature

  1. Log in to your SyncSignature account at app.syncsignature.com.
  2. Navigate to the signature you want to copy:
    • Go to the MY SIGNATURES section (or the signature editor if you're editing an existing one).
    • Select the specific signature design you wish to use.
  3. Edit optional information if needed:
    • Update any personal or optional details (e.g., contact info, position, department, mobile, etc).
    • Make all desired changes in the intuitive editor.
  4. Click Save Changes (or the equivalent save button) to apply your edits. This step is crucial—unsaved changes will not appear in the copied signature.
  5. Preview your signature to confirm it looks correct (most designs include a live preview).
  6. Locate and click the Copy Signature button (often labeled as "Copy", "Copy to Clipboard", "Get Signature", or similar—typically found in the top-right corner or near the preview).
  7. The full signature (including formatting, links, and images) is now copied to your clipboard.
  8. Open your email client and paste the signature:
    • Go to your email settings (e.g., Gmail: Settings > See all settings > Signature section; Outlook: File > Options > Mail > Signatures).
    • Create a new signature or edit an existing one.
    • Paste the copied content (use Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) into the editor.
    • Save the changes in your email client.
  9. Test by composing a new email—the signature should appear automatically (or select it if required).

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If formatting looks off after pasting: Some email clients (like Outlook desktop) may require pasting as rich text or opening the copied signature in a browser first, then copying from there.
