Step-by-Step Instructions to Reset Your Password
- Go to the SyncSignature login page at app.syncsignature.com.
- Click on the "Forgot password?" link below the login form.
- Enter your @hkperf.com email address associated with the account.
- Submit the form.
- Check your @hkperf.com email inbox (and spam/junk folder if necessary) for a password reset link from SyncSignature.
- Click the reset link in the email. This will take you to a secure page where you can create a new password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Save the changes. You can now log in to your account with the new password.
